Highest Weight: 165 lb
Lowest Weight: 134 lb
Goal Weight: around 125 lb
Goal Body Fat: 12%
I do cardio 7x a week, and weight train 2x a week. I use a Polar HRM to track my progress.
My weaknesses are eating because of stress and lack of portion control. My goal for this week is to make sure I split my B, L, & D into halves and eat 6 small meals to prevent the overeating. : )
I hope to reach my goals before 2008, maybe not BF goal but hopefully weight goal.
